Most people have experienced the hardships and difficulties of the protagonist Ding Yadong. Life is the art of compromise, and although peers may have embarked on different paths to survive, he still adheres to his love and ideals. Failure did not leave him feeling discouraged. He always wore a smile on his face. During the more than ten years of working, Ding Yadong saved up money to run traditional Chinese studies classes, buy musical instruments, and forget about clothing, food, housing, and transportation. Although this did not bring him good secular results. This optimistic attitude and persistence towards ideals deeply moved us, hoping that those who are in difficulties and confusion can bravely and sincerely be themselves.
